To use Turbo Email's plans/services, the customer must read and agree to the Terms of Use described below:

BACKUP

We recommend that the customer perform frequent backups to avoid data loss. Because it is an online service, which deals with technology, it is rare but possible that a physical defect occurs on the disks (hds) of the servers, which is rare but can happen, causing loss of information. The customer is responsible for his backups and his information, and must back up as often as he deems necessary according to the importance of the content of his system or website, both system files and database, and backup copies must be made locally whenever possible, to guarantee a restore in case there is a server crash. We don't do backups. If you only need Backups of the Database, we recommend that you hire Fast Backup services, on the website www.fastbackup.com.br.

SMTP EMAIL SEND LIMITS

The limit for sending emails via smtp or via the panel depends on the chosen plan.

PLANS WITHOUT LOYALTY AND MINIMUM STAY

All our plans do not have loyalty, to cancel just do not make the payment that will be automatically canceled. To renew, you must pay off your plan up to a maximum of 5 days before the expiration date. Important: We do not refund, in addition to having several costs for setting up the dedicated server for each client, we have our work involved in the process. We will have costs with the acquisition of ips, in addition to the cost of an hour with a qualified professional to configure the dedicated server for each client. WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS, AFTER PURCHASE THE MINIMUM STAY TIME IS 30 DAYS. However, renewal is not mandatory, as our service is prepaid. We do not have free trial plans or for a minimum period of less than 30 days.

PAYMENTS

The customer must agree to pay in advance for the contracted services, throughout the term of the plan. We send a PagSeguro link 10 days before the due date, 5 days before the due date and on the due date, if the customer does not make the payment by the due date, his account will be canceled with his data.

DELIVERY OF THE SERVER AND CLEAN IPS

After configuring the dedicated server for each customer, we will deliver the access data to the customer with all contracted IPS tested, verified and cleaned and everything in perfect order, with all the infrastructure valid for 30 days. It is up to the customer to ensure the good reputation of their IPs and campaigns.

BACK-UPS

Turbo Email is NOT responsible for files and/or other data stored in your account. The plan does not guarantee the recovery of lost information resulting from any eventuality: use it at your own risk. The customer must agree to assume full responsibility for the files contained on our servers, as well as keep their own backup copies (back-up) off the server.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If you have a problem with our services, the customer should open a ticket at the address: central@bb1.com.br and wait for our technical team to evaluate and solve the problem. E-mails will be resolved in a service queue, and the answer to the ticket will also be at the same address provided. Access to support is exclusive to subscribers.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

MISUSE AND BLACKLIST

It is the customer's responsibility to follow good rules when sending emails, following ICANN's recommendations and best practices for sending email marketing. It is recommended to use some mailing list validation system and also good sending policies to prevent your server's IP from falling into BLACKLISTS. If it falls into BLACKLIST, a fee will be charged for the acquisition of a new IP and rehabilitation of the service.

CAMPAIGN PLANNING

It is the customer's responsibility to create campaigns within the newsletter standards. Badly designed campaigns, for example with just a single image and no text, or with words that end up with the server's reputation like SALE, BUY, FREE, OFFER, MUST SEE, BUY, DIRECT MAIL, URGENT, IMMEDIATE, THIS IS NOT SPAM, COURSES, TELEMARKETING, JOB OFFERS, EXTRA INCOME, EARNING MONEY, LOANS, DIET, WEIGHT LOSS can affect the delivery rate of your campaigns, so it is the responsibility of the customer to check and adapt to these issues.

Take care not to use excessive punctuation (!, ?), after all, this is an indication of urgency;

NEVER write the subject in capital letters, as the famous Caps Lock is not well regarded by users and servers;

Avoid long words in the email title, after all, 50 characters is enough;

Review the Portuguese, as it is better to avoid the possibilities of doing badly.
